Moderating a board « Thread Started on Feb 27, 2007, 2:17pm »
I have a friend who is moderating a message board but she wanted to know how you would block spam and ads, or do you just have to be vigilant about deleting them. Shes new to it, and I know nothing but I figured some of you might. Does it depend on they type of board etc, etc,

Let me know if you get the chance.
depending on the forum software being used and if she has true "admin" access you can ip block, username block, keyword block and so on
