That portfolio is not really rare and you can still get it for WAYYY cheaper if you know where to look... I bought two of them for like $10 each(maybe less) within the last couple years. Also it is of questionable quality. It reprints some Grips covers, some of which were good(Grips #1's cover for example) and some of which were kind of bland(Grips #3's cover which was not BAD but not terribly exciting either) and the same could be said of the Nightmaster/Dragonquest stuff etc.

Well, I guess I wrong on both accounts. There aren't too rare and you can get them cheaper elsewhere.
But for me personally, the Faust Portfolios were hard to find a good price. When I finally got one, it was by luck. But the conditon wasn't entirely mint.
Also, I think the best Grip Cover would have to be #2. There something about that cover that stands out from the rest.

Nah...even Tim will tell you that cover of Grips #2 was only decent before he colored/painted it. And even then(as a B&W piece) it is the weakest of the covers. The concept is alright(nothing special though) and the drawing itself is okay but overall I think it gets beat out on all fronts by the other three covers.
