Yes, yes I know. Look, I know perfectly well that all of the Extreme stuff was basically a string of flashy battles featuring guys with gigantic muscles, tiny heads and guns the size of a small car. But you know what? There was something pure about it. I loved it. Plus, unlike McFarlane, Liefeld is actually nice and easy to get along with. Liefeld lays on his back with his knees to his head and sucks his own crank will stabbing an un-lubed cucumber in his ass He doesn't need to. He's married. ;D ....Hey, I'm fitting in already!

Welcome, angelcake. We haven't had new blood around here in ages. Yeah, I sort of noticed. But I'm a genuine Vigil fan, and hopefully by participating in this forum I can get some help getting some Vigil comics I'm having trouble getting.

If it exists and involves Tim or Joe Vigil, I assure you, *one* of us here either has it or can get it.

Well, in particular, I've recently gotten intrested in the Cuda series Tim did for Avatar. For one thing, from what i've seen, Tim not only drew it but wrote it as well (and I've got a thing for writer/artists). Also, being more sword n' scorcery, it's somewhat unique for Tim, considering he mostly does horror/adult stuff.

Miz
It was cool that Todd had respect for Tim and his graphic artstyle. I myself have never heard of the Faust/Spawn connection. Faust came out in 1988 or 1989? (I was in the military in 89, when I read about Faust Issue 2 in a comic magazine). Spawn came out in 1992...its highly possible.
But anyway, Time is still a great artist, and the Faust series is really very mind-bending.
BTW: Has issues 14 and 15 come out yet?

I appreciate the comments and as I stated before I just thought that it would be interesting to throw the ? to Todd since I just happened to be online during his "Todd Cast". I am a big fan of Faust and Tim (obvioulsy) and of Todd, although it is mostly his action figures. I agree that it would be sweet to see some Faust figures produced by McF Toys! As a long time fan of Faust , I will admit that this was the first time I had ever heard of an alleged Faust / Spawn connection. It is all good!
Regarding your ? about issues 14 and 15, I believe I read on this site that they have been pushed back to next year, but there are others here who should hvae a more official answer for you on that.

What Todd's visualizing as he says "I remember Tim's work from way back - he's definitely got talent. That being said, I'm very content with the current artistic direction of SPAWN"
