So I have ordered Faust Communion 1-3. Was wondering if I should go ahead and purchase copies of the next couple of issues as Broken Halo isn't sure when there might be a Faust Communion vol. 4 (w/ issues 10-12). I like the Faust Communion simply because if I kept rereading the Faust comics, they'd end up falling into pieces. Especially that I hazard a guess that 14 and 15 will see the light of day someday soon.

Welcome Frank! You're asking us if you should buy issues 10-12? Yeah, why not? You might find them cheaper on eBay.

Greetings and thanks. Alright sounds good. Hm...now that I think of it...does anyone know if the other Faust titles will ever come out in graphic novel format?

Greetings and thanks. Alright sounds good. Hm...now that I think of it...does anyone know if the other Faust titles will ever come out in graphic novel format? Which other titles are you referring to? The stuff from Avatar? I think some of that stuff was collected, like Book of M, but I never bought any of that, so I don't really know. I doubt Avatar would or will ever put all of it out in collected trades, as there's probably no money in it for them.

Yes the Book of M is one of the titles I'm thinking of...there's been several hasn't there? three or so more? I kind of wonder if maybe, and this is the Clive Barker fan in me, the Faust universe is the same one for the Broken Halo series and the Spring Hill Jack series? Since Clive, as well as Stephen King, like to tie all their works together into the same "universe"...

Thinking there are any connections between where all those stories take place would really just be a result of smoking too much weed. I've never heard Tim say there's any connection.

Dude...totally missed this post! I could have ordered an extra one for you and sent it to you. Although I'm still waiting for my Vol. 3 and Vol. 4, which were supposed to be out this month. Maybe next week I'll get the call from my local shop. If you want me to try and order one for you through my local shop just send me a PM through here and we can make arrangements.

Spoke last week with the guy running one of the sites Tim's stuff shows up at regularly (think it was the brokenhalos site) & he said that Vol 4 was going to press next week (which would be this week now) & he expected to have them in hand 2 weeks after that. Hopefully this means that 4 is just around the corner. It's weird to be excited about something actually coming out *near* the announced time, but with LOTD I'll take it.

To add to the last post, I also wanted to mention that I saw a date of Sept 26 as the release for Vol 4 on another site online, so *crossing fingers* hopefully it will be out sometime in September at least.

From Faust LOTD Facebook page (2 hrs ago):
"Faust Communion Four has left the printer for Diamond, yawl."
Woo-hoo! Progress in the right direction. Next month, reprint of Act 13, then the main event starts...

All four Communion collections are available at the Broken Halos website... www.brokenhalos.com/Here's hoping the fifth and final collection will see print soon.

This is a long time dead thread I know, but in the hope that someone in the know might still be paying attention, does anyone know if the communion trades have the covers for the issues collected?
