BTW: I totally used the Dark Ages Spawn character designs as inspiration for this.

Hey, some of the Spawn/McFarlane toys kick ass. Can't deny that. And is it really true that McFarlane swiped Faust? I should have asked him directly at the NYCC.

liam sharp's art kicked ass in dark ages s***n, as well as nat jones' in the later issues. in my humble opinion.

Sweet take on the character, Jai.
In an actual <i>Faust</i> dark ages story, wouldn't the protagonist be wearing the same exact pair of talons? I remember reading that they were forged a bazillion years ago and quenched in Criss Angel's blood or something.
If it get's made, I'll be sure to buy my usual 2-5 copies of each issue!
