DEATH DEALER BLACK OUT! Limited edition, black & white FRANK FRAZETTA'S DEATH DEALER no longer available! November, 13 2007 (Berkeley, CA) - The team behind FRANK FRAZETTA'S DEATH DEALER recently released a limited, black & white edition of the highly acclaimed first issue and, like all previous issues of the series, it has sold out at the distribution level in record time. "While we expected this to be a desired item for the loyal fans, we were surprised by how quickly it sold out," said series artist Nat Jones. "They're especially lucky as due to its limited nature this one will not be going back into print." FRANK FRAZETTA'S DEATH DEALER #1 BLACK & WHITE EDITION features a black & white version of Frazetta's famous painting, detailed with platinum foil logo and Frazetta seal. This now rare edition contains the entire first issue by Jones and series writer Josh Ortega in its original inked form. FRANK FRAZETTA'S DEATH DEALER BLACK & WHITE #1, a 32-page black & white comic for $2.99, may be available at stores while supplies last. A special edition black and white edition of Dark Kingdom, please. Yep, that's in the works, did you see the DD one, pretty slick huh? It'll be interesting to see both versions. Now I have to get me a copy of the DD black and white version (that is if my LCS has any left!). For some reason the artwork (at least in the image BIGBOT posted) seems to pop more in B&W. That's odd. It's usually the other way around. I guess it's because you can see all of the detail in the linework.

How old is your browser/computer? Yeah seriously. I've been able to see it this entire time. But that's mostly just because I'm so awesome. And no luck on that DD limited edition BW at my local comic shops. I don't think they even ordered them. The one guy looked confused when I asked him and at the other shop the guy was just like, "Nope. We didn't get any". Was it not even listed in Diamond or something? Or was it only offered in a limited amount to certain retailers? Now I really want a copy! Do you have any extras for sale, Jay?

It was listed big in Previews for the world to order, glad you went in there and asked cause they probubly got asked a few times and wished they should of ordered it...cause now it's GONE! I'm sure you can pick up a copy on Ebay or I run a bunch of contests on the Frazetta Comic Forum and you could win one.
